Yea,
I think it's currently still disabled for the "registered usergroup", but once it's enabled all you have to do is get an mp3 file of whatever song you like, then upload it somewhere.
I dont know what site would host mp3 files for you tho, you'll have to google it. I usually just upload everything to my own site. x.x
Once you've done that just fill out the little form in vbPlaza and voila!
